CLICK & COLLECT
BONIIK provides a convenient Click & Collect service at BONIIK HILTON FLAGSHIP STORE (1 / 488 George Street, Hilton Sydney, NSW 2000). To place a Click and Collect order, follow these steps:
- During checkout, select “Pick up” as the delivery method.
- Proceed to payment.
- You will receive a confirmation email with your order details, once you have completed steps 1 & 2
Once your order is ready for collection, you will be notified via email with clear pickup details.
Please ensure you have the following documents available upon pickup:
- Order confirmation email
- Photo ID (name must match with the person who placed the order)
- Credit/debit card used for placing your order
*If someone else is collecting your Click & Collect order on your behalf, please email their name and phone number to customerservice@boniik.com.au to ensure a smooth Click & Collect process.
Please note that your order will be processed within 24-48 hours of receiving the order on weekdays. Orders placed on Thursday have a cut-off time of 5:00pm for a Friday pick-up. Orders placed on weekends and on Australian public holidays will not be processed until the following weekday.
In the rare occasion your order includes items not available at the pick-up location, processing may take longer (depending on stock levels). You will be notified via email with an option to ship to your address.
