What are Korean eyebrow pencils?

Korean eyebrow pencils or simply called brow pencils are a staple in eye makeup products that shape, define and transform sparse, lifeless and thin-looking brows to make them appear thicker and fuller. They are used to outline your natural arches, fill in any gaps and have a blendable yet moisture-resistant formula that can be used on all skin types!
