Your orders will be processed within 24-48 hours of receiving them between Monday and Friday, with a 5:00pm cut-off on Thursday for Friday pick-up, and we'll notify you separately once your order is ready for pick-up.

Once your shipment is dispatched, you will receive the tracking number by email. Please check your order on the 'My Account' page or enter your tracking number on the Australia Post official website or AusPost App under 'Track a Parcel.'
Note: If you’re not at home when your parcel arrives, Australia Post will notify you through the AusPost app, email, or SMS. If your parcel isn’t linked to your MyPost account, a card will be left with collection details.
