To minimise the risk of contracting or spreading COVID-19, all parcels will no longer require a signature and Australia Post drivers will be leaving the parcels at the shipping address provided. Please also note that there may be some delays by Australia Post for both domestic and international shipment during this time.

 

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

All parcels are shipped from Sydney, Australia within 24-48 hours of receiving your order. Your order will be delivered in 3-5 business days for all Australian Metro Areas and 7-15 days for International Shipping.
Please allow additional 1-2 business days for rural areas.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email from boniik.com.au which will include your tracking number. You can track the progress of your order through Australia Post with the tracking number we have provided in the shipment email that we have sent.

 

DO YOU SHIP TO P.O BOX OR PARCEL LOCKERS?

Yes! We ship to PO boxes and Parcel lockers.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS?

Please contact us our Customer Service Team as soon as possible at customerservice@boniik.com.au. We are able to amend the delivery address as long as you contact us before we ship out your order. In the the event that you wish to amend your address after your order as been shipped, please also contact us at customerservice@boniik.com.au so that we can endeavor to find a solution for you.

 

CAN I SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

Yes! Please make sure to contact our Customer Service team at customerservice@boniik.com.au before your order has been shipped. If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, you can also do this by creating separate orders, each with their own delivery address.  

 

WHAT ABOUT LOST/DAMAGED GOODS?
