COSRX Low pH Niacinamide Micellar Cleansing Water is a low pH, non-irritating makeup remover that is made with zinc PCA, allantoin and hyaluronic acid. Together, these ingredients work together to clarify skin, remove impurities and makeup from the surface of the skin and those trapped within the pores. In addition, this micellar water can help control excess sebum production for balanced, fresh and clean complexion after cleansing.
