DR. JART+ Ceramidin Liquid is a moisturising toner infused with 5 types of ceramide that help strengthen the core skin barrier and prevent moisture loss. It also contains panthenol, Centella Asiatica and Phyto extracts to relieve damaged, flaky and rough skin while keeping it soothed. It has a rich consistency, yet penetrates into the skin well to deliver deep moisture and form a protective moisture barrier to prevent moisture loss.
