GOODAL Houttuynia Cordata Calming Toner Pad is a calming pad that is infused with Houttuynia Cordata, known as heartleaf extract, that will gently exfoliate away any dead skin without causing any harshness. The pads assist in balancing out pH levels to increase moisture levels for a plump and dewy complexion. Houttuynia Cordata is known to have incredible anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties that will give off cooling and calming relief to irritated skin. Formulated together with Neem leaf and Althaea Rosea root extract to reduce any redness and strengthens the skin barrier by increasing collagen production to smooth out the skin’s texture.
