The main ingredients of this serum include Vitamin C or Ascorbic Acid at a concentration of 21.5%. This makes it concentrated and highly effective in treating and preventing pigmentation, diminishing aging signs, improving skin texture and reducing the appearance of scars. Texture

BY WISHTREND Pure Vitamin C21.5 Advanced Serum has a runny, watery texture that has a slightly moist finish when applied. The serum absorbs almost immediately without leaving greasiness. It does not have any scent and it comes with a convenient dropper for easier application. You may notice a hissing sound coming from the packaging, but rest assured that this is completely normal! The gassy bubbles are naturally occurring due to the higher concentration of Vitamin C.

How to Incorporate into Your Skincare Routine

Simply apply 1-2 drops over your face, avoiding the eyes, lips or any scarred areas. You can also mix this into your moisturizer if you are concerned about it being too concentrated for your skin. You may feel a slight tingling the first time you use it, but your skin will get used to it after a couple of applications. If you are new to Vitamin C products or have sensitive skin, we recommend starting with a smaller amount, or mixing it into your moisturizer instead of applying it directly on your skin.

Because Vitamin C oxidizes when exposed to sunlight, we recommend applying a generous layer of physical sunscreen if you are using this during daytime. Since it is more concentrated than many other Vitamin C serums, it may not be the most gentle to use on a daily basis especially if you have sensitive skin. Therefore, we recommend that you use the serum sparingly, as part of your ‘special treatment’ routine.
