3CE Shine Reflector features 7 shades to help create any makeup look from the natural everyday look to a more glamorous style. This high-glow lipstick gathers the perfect sparkle of light onto the lips and allows visible shine from all angles. The high refractive oil that it contains allows for the high-glow shine. The formulation also includes a high-humidity paste and oil base which forms a moisture holding protective film which moisturises both inside and outside of the lips. With it’s cool-melting texture to help cover fine lines and dead skin cells to achieve a smooth, bouncy and plumpy finish.
