This skin refining toner features a PHA 8% formula which is optimized for sensitive skin, to refine the skin without irritation. It contains components such as Ceramides, NMF, and fatty acids to help restore the skin barrier. The PHA compenent is a next-gen exfoliant that targets dead skin cells on the surface with its larger molecules and draws in moisture for a dewy and hydrated complexion.

HOW TO USE

Put a moderate amount of the toner on a cotton pad and adhere it to the skin for 3-5 minutes.
