COSRX Pure Fit Cica Toner is a soothing and hydrating toner formulated with 81% CICA-7 Complex to soothe, hydrate, balance and help strengthen the skin barrier. It has a mild, watery texture that relieves irritation and redness quickly, as well as penetrate well into the skin without leaving a greasy residue. The toner also contains Pinus Pinaster Bark Extract to repair the skin, preventing it from damage and irritation.
