HOW TO USE

Dispense an adequate amount of toner onto cotton pads or the palm of your hands, and gently sweep all over your face and neck. Lightly tap for better absorption. You can also soak a few cotton pads in the toner and leave them on your skin for 10 minutes like a mask.
