Bold Lip Makeup

1. Prep your lips by gently exfoliating it, then follow with a layer of lip balm of lip care cream like FRUDIA Coconut Honey Salve Lip Cream
2. Outline your lips using ROMAND Lip Mate Pencil to give it contour
3. Fill in your lips with ROMAND Blur Fudge Tint for a matte, pastel finish; or ROMAND Juicy Lasting Tint to create dewy, glossy and bold lip makeup. Both of these have buildable textures that you can apply in layers until the desired colour payoff is achieved
4. Blot and reapply in layers as needed, until you get the desired payoff to set the colour and extend its longevity

Dramatic Eye Makeup
