I'M FROM Rice Toner is a hydrating and brightening toner that rebalances the texture and tone of the skin. Made with 77.8% Rice Extract, this vegan-friendly toner gently exfoliates away impurities and dead skin to reveal soft skin. The lightweight toner restores moisture to dry and fatigued skin, plumping up the skin and smoothing over fine lines for a more youthful complexion. The watery textured toner forms a protective barrier on the skin to prevent tired or dehydrated skin, making it ideal for those with dull and dry skin types.
