Sulwhasoo Essential Perfecting Balancing Water is a luxurious Korean facial toner made with Korean traditional herbal ingredients, including Sulwhasoo's patented JAUM Nourishing Complex and ginseng. The combination of these ingredients work by replenishing moisture into the skin, while providing firming and lifting effects to help improve the appearance of premature aging signs. In addition, the smooth, slightly viscous, yet fast absorbing texture of the toner sinks into the skin easily to leave a layer of moisture.
