Hydro Make Up Sponge
CLIO Hydro Make Up Sponge is a makeup sponge that can be used both wet and dry to evenly apply a makeup baseåÊor liquid foundation with a smudge-free, dewy finish. The sponge becomes 1.5x bigger upon contact with water and evenly releases moisture to create a moist and firm makeup look. The dual effect makeup sponge provides either dewy coverages with a wet sponge, resulting in a luminous and glowing finish or a matte coverage with a dry sponge, resulting in a semi-matte finish. The latex-free sponge can be safely used on sensitive skin.
