DR. CEURACLE Vegan Kombucha Tea Essence is a functioning vegan essence toner that helps nourish and moisturise dehydrated skin. Formulated with Kombucha Tea extract and Camellia Sinensis leaf water, it has an abundance of probiotics, nutrients and vitamins to strengthen the skin's barrier. The hybrid toner absorbs like a toner and functions as a cream to purify the skin and provide deep hydration by balancing out the skin's oil and water levels to restore the skin, especially when the skin feels tight, dry or oily on the surface.
